Andria Gutierrez || President

President and Founder of IDEAL WILD, Andria has called North Lake Tahoe home for over 18 years. She is an innovative business leader with over 14 years of experience in helping businesses thrive through social media marketing. Her passion for excellence inspired her team to create impactful and strategic digital media campaigns and strategies that achieve both scale and engagement through paid, owned, and earned media.

Fascinated by the positive relationships organizations can nurture through the use of a cohesive social media plan, she launched IDEAL WILD in 2012 and has dedicated her business to helping her clients foster genuine connections with their audience to support their goals.

Andria is an expert in brand development, creative content creation, strategic social media marketing, and digital influencer campaign management. She loves Cava, but has a sweet spot for tiki cocktails and will drink anything out of a Nick & Nora glass.

Emily Detwiler || Account/Project Manager

Emily has 10 years of professional experience within the destination marketing industry, specifically in the North Lake Tahoe region. Her background includes account management at Lockett & Sullivan and large-scale wedding and event planning. She was the first event manager for Truckee Thursdays, a large scale community fair that includes local vendors, a beer garden, and live music. Emily is an enthusiastic and essential team member, keeping our multiple projects organized and efficient.

Helena Guglielmino || Social Media Manager

Helena is our Social Media Coordinator guru. Her passion for marketing and love for the outdoor and travel industries make her the perfect lead for West Shore Tahoe and Visit Truckee’s destination marketing efforts. Helena manages content creation and community management for a number of clients and was essential in developing our signature influencer marketing program.
